What to include

Which export you used (WhatsApp iPhone or Android, SMS Backup & Restore, CSV) and roughly how many messages.
Your browser and device (for example “Safari on iPhone 15” or “Chrome on Windows 11”).
The exact error text, if any.
For payment questions: the email used at checkout and the receipt or invoice number from your Link receipt (never your card details).
